By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing Content, creating an Account, participating in any promotion or contacting support — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Where account registration is offered on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. 5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password ("Credentials"). You must not share your Credentials with any third party. we111 will not be liable for any loss, damage or unauthorized activity arising from your failure to keep Credentials secure. 5.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to maintain one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended, and any associated balances or bonus credits may be forfeited.

5.3 Account Verification

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, game guides, editorial analysis and software — is the exclusive property of we111 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to any we111 intellectual property. You may access and read Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of Platform Content without prior written consent from we111 is strictly prohibited.

The we111 name, logo and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of we111. You may not use any we111 trademark, trade name or brand identifier without prior written authorization. This restriction extends to domain names, social media handles and any other digital or physical medium.

we111 itself does not process financial deposits or withdrawals. Any financial transactions you undertake in connection with online gaming activity occur directly between you and the relevant third-party Operator, subject to that Operator's payment terms and policies.

8.1 Payment Method References

15.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of a dispute relating to the Platform or these Terms, you should first contact we111 through the support channels listed in Section 16 below. we111 will endeavor to address complaints within a reasonable timeframe. For disputes relating directly to gambling activity on an Operator's platform, you should use that Operator's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance, followed by any applicable external ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) mechanism referenced by the Operator's license.

15.2 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective or representative action. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by law.
